The team

Inty Grønneberg - Chief Executive officer Officer (CEO).

Inty is a co-founder of Ichthion and Ph.D. researcher at Imperial College London.
He is a designer, maker, and entrepreneur interested in Innovation and Entrepreneurial Ecosystems (IEEs), with a special focus on clusters of hardware and tangible technologies.

Inty has a strong industrial background, as a result of his work with several companies in South America, Asia and Europe since 2007.  He has also been involved as a co-founder in other initiatives, such as EvoT, Fusehunt, PHD Network and SOSEcuador.

In the industrial sector, he worked in several senior roles, such as Manufacturing Operations Manager, Senior Specialist Manufacturing Engineer, among others. He was certified instructor of process improvement techniques for Toyota Motor Corp. and General Motors.

Robert Edwin Rouse - Chief Technology Officer (CTO).

Robert is a co-founder at Ichthion, acting as CTO and Ph.D. candidate at the University of Cambridge.

As an engineer, scientist and designer, Robert's work has been recognised in several awards, such as Royal Commission for the Exhibition of 1851 Industrial Studentship (2015–2017), Jubilee Science Scholarship (2009-2013), Millhayes Science Scholarship (2009-2013), Dean's Commendation for Outstanding Academic Achievement (2010) and others. 

Victor Parchment - Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Victor is in charge of project management and digital technologies.

- Currently pursuing a PhD in History and Philosophy of Science, Cambridge University, with a focus on artificial intelligence in medicine and human factors psychology.

- With expertise spanning multiple disciplines, Victor has over 15 years of programming experience, 8 years of project management experience in both hardware and software development, and has conducted scientific research on a number of topics at the intersection of neuroscience and computer science.

- Since 2012, Victor has managed the software consulting firm Vixel, a boutique software company that designs and develops bespoke digital solutions, primarily for use in medicine or related technical field

Dr. Nadia Danhash - Director of InnovationRCA.

Nadia is a manager and business developer who has spent ten years at the Royal College of Art developing enterprise and entrepreneurship programmes and supporting graduate entrepreneurs.

Prior to that she held a number of roles in the biotech sector with senior positions in business development, strategic marketing and general management at GE Healthcare Life Sciences with worldwide responsibility for its industrial molecular biology business which manufactured in plants in Europe and the USA.

Neil Bellamy, BA ACIB - RBS/Natwest Bank  
National Head of TMT & Services.

Neil is responsible for the top to bottom strategy, proposition & risk in the TMT & Services sectors for RBS in UK & Western Europe – a portfolio with a balance sheet of over £17bn. His team are the no.1 supporter of the Tech sector & help businesses from University spin out to FTSE100 to get the 3B’s – get Backing, get Big & get Bought.

 For RBS he is a strong advocate of the apprentice programme & Entrepreneurial Spark with external mentoring of spin outs at Imperial College & scale ups at Rocket Space, London. He is accredited by the Institute of Enterprise & Entrepreneurship.   

Professor Peter Childs - Imperial College London.

Peter is Head of the Dyson School of Design Engineering and the Professorial Lead in Engineering Design at Imperial College London. His general interests include: creativity; the application of creativity tools; mechanical and product design; robotics; rotating flow, temperature and its measurement, sustainable energy component, concept and system design.

Dr. Tim Jones  - The Future Agenda. 

Tim is Founder and Programme Director of the Future Agenda global open foresight project. He is also a founder of the Growth Agenda network and leads the Innovation Leaders research project. Tim is an expert in innovation, growth and foresight and advises a wide range of organisations on these issues.

Dr. Arturo Castillo - Imperial College London.

Arturo is Research Fellow in Industrial Ecology at Imperial College where he leads the Ocean Plastic Solutions Network. His research focuses on resource efficiency, energy and material recovery, eco-design and other pre-conditions for the circular economy. He has led numerous European projects on Industrial Symbiosis and has worked previously as consultant in renewable energy policy. 

Dr. Shayan Sharifi - Imperial College London.

Shayan is a Teaching Fellow at the Dyson School of Design Engineering. He is working on developing future devices for slurry transportation and mineral processing. Shayan was a Research Associate at the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, working on a
SUPERGEN Marine Challenge project, aimed at Reducing the Costs of Marine Renewables via Advanced Structural Materials.

Andrew Brand - Dyson School of Design Engineering.

Andrew is a Senior Teaching Fellow and Director of Postgraduate Studies in the Dyson School of Design Engineering, and senior tutor for the Innovation Design Engineering (IDE) MA/MSc programme, which is run jointly with the Royal College of Art. He is also Director of Squease Ltd.

Aran Dasan - Dyson School of Design Engineering. 

Aran is a Design engineering educator and practitioner. Teaching Fellow at the Dyson School of Design Engineering, Imperial College. Teaches on Innovation Design Engineering MA + MSc, and Design Engineering MEng. Consultancy: new product innovation and technical development.
